I'm short Starbucks because if TA [NOW I do this!]

They raised guidance week before last and the stock broke. Yesterday the stock reversed course down on higher-than-expected comps. Just keeping myself busy.

Short Kodak because it's a share-loser in a shrinking industry, and has rallied back to its 200-day. Digital photography is taking hold here in the US, and in Japan digital cameras now outsell film cameras. Losing share in industrial/medical films too as far as I can tell. Pays a fat dividend, though. Same as the 30-year Treasury bond. I think the US Treasury bond is a better bet. The only thing that worries me is Kodak benefits from a weakening dollar.

Short Cymer in the break in semis and its extended chart.

No big bets. Aim small, miss small. I've stepped over dollars to pick up dimes here.
