You seem to have missed the point ... it isn't that they merely use it, but that 70% of their data is stored there. This is a very* different number.* hmm..ok You have read the manual, haven't you? yes, I have. Last time I read it was 8 or so months ago, but basically, I would disagree with it. I don't see how competition is good. If you were running Siebel and it was a private company, would you jump up and down if IBM enters this space or would you wish you could be the only player for another year? If this was my company, I would want option one.
