People may be buying them at 10 P/"Peak Earnings"
ratio. Don't know about the guys tekboy mentioned,
but Marty Whitman from Third Avenue does buy
high-quality balance sheet cyclicals including
semi-equips and telecom-equips below 10 P/"Peak Earnings".
