I agree with your analysis and if they break they may break big to the downside, I am just amazed though that they have held up as good as they have. Look at the big companies, Sun, Orcl, Qcom, the list goes on and on. Their charts have been decimated. The storage sector has just gone sideways basically.

Zeev- Last week, you didn't see a specific number to watch between COMP 1575-1620s (I believe) for a bounce....Now with the low from Friday, does a small line get drawn in the sand from 1600-1607? Any "view" on the week ahead..

Seems like fear is up (AAII numbers, etc.), but not anything close to capitulation (view VIX, etc.), and likely means small bounce only w/real hard ceiling at 1695 (that'll be jumped at some gap open at some point, I reckon)...likely weeks (months?) away.

After the string of down days w/only 1 up (what, 12 now?), I figure odds favor a turn and moderate-strong up day(s) early next week sometime..even if that is our "weak" bounce
