Hi Zeev, just one remark and reminder, way back 6 months or so I commented that the cost of doing business went way up due to the anti terror measure taken by government and business.

Many on this tread brushed me away at the time .... as it happen it is true profits fail to recover even that business was not so badly hurt.

Looking forward the economy is on the path to recovery but a slow one and much will depend on Bush policies to ward the ME. Already caving in to the Saudis demand has hurt the USD and the US stock market.

There was no question that the USD will soften but the real collapse started with the Saudi visit.

Currency markets and stock markets are priced on fundamentals but more so on perception, and today the perception is that the US is not as dominant and powerful as previously thought.

those are my 2 cents

Zeev, I applaud your convictions and your trading style. You have taught many of us a lot. That being said, this market sure looks like it is going lower. I too have been looking for a bounce, but it just never comes. Maybe the Fed meeting or Cisco's earnings will somehow be a catalyst. I think we are going lower to test some support below us currently before we get any sort of bounce.

Good luck with your positions.

Zeev statement "I have been banking (wrongly so far) on an intermediate bounce before we go into the May/June Massacre..."

I think your May/June massacre has been occurring much sooner and hence do you expect this massacre will end sooner than the June you originally thought? Some of the large cap tech like SUNW, ORCL, EMC have been lower than last Sept. low. Just unbelievible!
Do you still believe a major bounce toward the Summer?
How about TYC with a p/e < 6?
