Because Cymer has near 80% market share. For Cymer to sell any more lasers, other vendor need to sell other tools for that line. Cymer has outperformed because ASP for its lasers has gone up from 500K to 800K, that trend will not continue.

Then I would not buy it at all, wait for the next downturn and you should be able to get it for $20. Don't follow the herd and stupid analysts.

Very different stock. EMLX only has a small part of the expanding pie. Cymer has the whole pie. Different sector, different issues, different everything.
