Lorne, which news station (CNBC, FOX, MSNBC, CNN) is the best one in your opinion. I agree with you that CNN has lost its standing.

On the issue of Clinton. I don't know why you and many others like you think Clinton should go away. Clinton has his shortcomings. After all, look at our own society. We have many amongst us who do the same thing he did with regards to Hillary and Monica. You say he is one smart dude. I guess you knew that already and your impression about his smartness was reinforced after we see what we have (George Bush) or would have had (Al Gore). So why should not the nation continue to benefit from Clinton, which would be the case if he had a TV show of his own?

Yes, he is "a great speaker" in some folk's eyes; but when a Clinton speech was over, didn't you wonder what he was talking about? Enter CNN with memorable sound bites. That’s not a sign he’s an intellectual or a polished speaker, rather a bull-shit artist.
