How strong can the US economy remain with so many companies showing negative EPS (no PE) or high mulitples if they are earning any money. We have stripped out our manufacturing, we have exploded service and construction - how much more can these grow with debt structures. Real Estate prices exploding around the globe, Britain just saw a 3%+ increase in one month!!! IF this is not inflation - what is, and with rates soon to have to go higher this will hammer real estate markets. In Britain FT is saying 50% of all wealth there now in real estate!!!! Wish I had the answers but the only ones I see are to wipe out the debt and deflate these bubbles - once again thanks Uncle Scam Man!!!! Until this process happens growth will be so restricted!!
