Yes, that is correct. I believe that reserves (not yet considered proven-which is the point of exploration) in ANWR section 1002 (with nearby State and Native lands), is expected to at least double the "proven" reserves in the State (and not including the NPR-A). USGS estimates recoverable oil in ANWR section 1002(including State and Native) to be between 5 and 15 Billion Barrels of oil.
