They aren't building the voice (MCIT) part. It still though needs to be upgraded/replaced from time to time. If they stop the data broadband side buildout, then they will have nothing to offer as the technology we are using passes them by. Excess Capacity is there currently, With usage still growing and increased bandwidth using applications being developed how long will the excess capacity last? Where will the telecoms be if they don't continue to invest in their future?
