Posts sent "to the thread" are headed "Lazarus Long, who started this subject". When I see that on the top of the post, it's apparent to me that the post was meant for the thread in general. Thats the way I usually thought about it but I remember on the old Boxing Ring/ Beanie Babies thread YYB thought differently and was annoyed at least once when something was "posted to her". In any case the real main reason was the 1st. 2 and 3 are only minor additonal reasons. ___ Posting from home is much nicer now that I have a cable modem... Tim
