jjsirius,

I believe the last employment report had a seasonal adjusted factor because in the spring construction work begins in earnest. The country had a warm winter and construction cut backs have not be as severe as normal. Golly, I looked at the raw numbers but did not keep a URL. On the top of my head if all things stay equal future numbers with seasonal adjustment should come in on the low end of 5.6% and high end of 5.8%. I do not know how slowly they bring up the adjustments because of construction.

This person on SI has a good handle on this subject,
