Sorry. Stockholder equity (book value) can definitely be negative. I'm sure you've seen the "NE" in tables, the NE meaning "negative equity".

I don't use Yahoo for financial information. Unless, they knocked off that $3.19 since May 3rd, the numbers I reported are current to the MRQ reported.
