Bush is in his second year and to call this a Clinton recession is ignoring facts. Bush has responsibility. While he has acted on behalf of energy farmers steel and lumber he has ignored telecom and technology which have been what is really weak. Indeed he has hardly said a word about this sector which has been the main driver of growth in our economy. He is clueless. Michael Powell's policies have decimated telecom. Make no mistake it is a Bush recession. The booming deficits will lead to inflation. he has been terrible.

And then it disappears. The tax cut is phased in over too many years to make a difference.

The democrats only went along with it,(after they wrecked it) because they thought it would have no effect. Surprise! The economy is recovering anyway.

The party of the "people" cares more about power than people's lives.
