Yes I agree with your overall view, if not all your choices. And I agree that real option theory is a good way to look at biotechs.

Of those you list, at these prices I like IMGN, ISIS (a stock I've been skeptical about in the past), IDEV (this is the old IPIC), ELN, HGSI and CRGN. I own most of these.

I'm neutral on ICOS. Don't like the CRXA pipe but have no understanding of what went wrong with Bexxar. MAXM was quite deceptive with investors. I don't follow AVAN or MDCO.
