Since Bill O'Neil didn't name it, the formation cannot be construed as negative?

Bill popularized it. Most of these pattern names arose anonymously. I've created a few myself, but I don't want anyone to know which. I don't want the disgrace.

Want to invent a name for it so those of us who ovserve the phenomena so you have context the next time I indentify it?

If you took two such patterns you'd find that they have no better expectation than a coin toss, and every one of them has a different internal trade structure. I use these terms because its part of the lingo, but they have no value. It's like EW. Surely human emotion evolves in a way that gets a stock from point A to point B and that evolution follows EW, but there is no predictive power in it. Instead of explaining in detail I will let you discover what it will do to you.

I would need to look at the chart for verification.

Stock charts have no predictive power. Neither does money flow. Money flow vectors only tell you the state. Price follows persistent state. It's the best that can be done analytically using trade information.

LOL, now that's funny. You've just shot down technical analysis,

True. It's useless. Haven't you lost enough money learning that yet?

that which this whole debate is founded on, in one sweet sentence. My you are full of shit aren't you?

My mule doesn't like you swearing at him. Now you're going to apologize to my mule, aren't you?
