Ork: I agree on the semis, especially over the longer term. I do note some fairly sizeable short positions on some of them, which in the past has been prologue to trouble. Personally, I will be a keen observer with respect to these situations. As the market continues to deteriorate, there will come a time when big short positions will not be a cause for alarm, but until the market provides evidence of having reached that point, I will remain cautious. The scars are still painful. (g) I am also interested in being cashed up to take advantage of any decline in the golds. Best, Earlie
