Ron, your question of "what makes you think that the market cannot nor will not do the same thing again" is excellent. If there is one thing we can count on, it is that it *will* do it again. When, I don't know, maybe not even in my lifetime, but it will happen again.

Your other question - "Was it correct to buy during the bubble" - isn't as good. Correct for who? Correct for what intentions?

TA covers the spectrum from minute-by-minute trading to long-term trading. From a minute-by-minute perspective, it was right to trade - and many did trade - right up until the implosion. For those with longer horizons, it wasn't. For those with ultra-long horizons, maybe it will turn out to have been correct after all.

So the answer is yes, for some, it was correct to buy during the bubble. And the answer is also no, for others it was not correct to buy during the bubble. And the answer is also we don't know, for yet others, because we must wait for history to provide - or not provide - validation.

Bottom line: longer term I believe the market is heading south. However, that does not stop me from currently being long.

Ron, you still refuse to answer the basic question.
At waht point do you say you were wrong.
Or is it IMPOSSIBLE for yopu to admit you are wring.

Will QQQ 1300 do it?
Will QQQ 1200 do it?
Will QQQ 1000 do it?
Will QQQ 800 do it?

At what point will you say I was wrong.
That is what I want to know.
Do you have S/L's at all? Where?
