Ron, I think the best way to arrive at enterprise value is to start with shareholders equity of $3,384.9 million and subtract goodwill and other intangible assets of $975.3 million for an enterprise value of $2,409.6 million. Based on 1,511 million shares the enterprise value is about $1.60/share. Marketguide shows 1,510.86 million shares outstanding while the company shows 1,359 million yielding an enterprise value of $1.77. Al
