All the funds will just change their names to "We Buy What We Feel Like Buying Fund" or the "Small to Large Cap Equities and Bond Fund" or something along those lines. <g>

As far as I know the investments allowed in a mutual fund have been very strict for a long time. The paper requirements also suck so anyone looking to "manage" comingled funds [not separate accounts] have to go to the 'qualified investors'.
