Not really, but it's still relative. I was expecting a strong uptick for the second half, but Barrett's comments suggest that nothing is in sight. Hopefully, this changes, but it's possible that stocks will continue to take a beating in the mean time.

DRBES, Dan3, and Niceguy notwithstanding (also, I'm ignoring their posts right now), the AMDroids seem to be pretty accepting that Intel is in the lead (or rather, I should say that there are no strong arguments to the contrary). Andreas posted news about a 2300+ Athlon this month, but other than that, the thread is pretty dead.
