I got some Friday at 2.75 and averaged down to make my buy 1.63 today. They have a solid customer base and a solid set of products.

PRGN does about 700mm/year in revs. 100mm is in question, definitely looks fraudulent involving some barter deals to cpth and a little channel stuffing. Still, if you assume all 100mm is gone (not likely) and some fallout from this bad PR, you are still looking 500mm in revs, with a P/S of about .33

The SEC looked into the PRGN merger with RMDY 2 years ago, all was ok then. Also dumping anderson and going with KPMG was a voluntary decision made by the departing CEO! (whoops)

Anyway seems like prgn more like PVN than enron, jmo
