That called for the Q to be taken off the table, not too much damage, BRCD $22.73(-$..47), BRCM a$30.32 (-$.50), QLGC $42.36 (-$.46), EMLX $27.75 (-$.08) and GNSS $21.50 (-$$79 ouch).
