The Naz CI's are giving a short-term buy signal that's good through tomorrow's lows. Working against it are:

a) The long-term Naz CI is still trending down, and it hasn't reached 0 yet, though it is oversold at 26.

b) The SPX CI's haven't yet reached 0 in the ST or LT, and the SPX has failed at the next support target (1053).

It's my guess that Don might have a buy signal for the Naz now, through tomorrow's lows. But I don't know, and haven't read anything from him. It just seems likely to me.

As for my own signal, in the wishy-washy school of TA, it all comes down to speculation and conjecture. I have my doubts. The LT Naz CI could take things down. Who knows?

Monty, whenever support is breached, even by a whisker, it does matter. It may just not matter today, but it will matter down the road.
