because it's dead money. See message 359 --- the stock I was talking about (MAXF)is temporarily correcting back to the mid $6 range after visiting north of $7.50. If you want to talk fundamentals, OCCF looks quite weak by comparison.

Hi REH -- during the entire 2 months I owned OCCF, one of the big mystery questions I had was: if the stock is such an obvious value, why weren't company insiders taking advantage of Kopsteins misfortune and buying OCCF hand over fist ?

IMO, OCCF will only be a bargain after Kopstein has some most of his 15M+ remaining shares or company insiders (Like a CFO) start buying tens of thousands of shares of OCCF.
