Re: EDIT. If the Naz doesn't climb back above 1617 by the COB today, there is a good chance it will retest its lows of 1450 that it made right after 9/11.

If the markets keep falling, as I suspect they will,
AMD and INTC will test their September lows of 7.69
and 18.96.

I haven't checked INTC's chart but I did AMD's.......it has some support at $10 1/4 but if things continue to move the way they did this afternoon, I would not be surprised either to see those lows retested. This afternoon, there were signs of capitulation on the Nasdaq. I thought it would end lower than it did. The DOW stayed comparatively strong.

I hope my negativity is a contrarian indicator. Sunmicro at a multi year low, unbelievable.

There are so many........VTSS at $4+, AMCC at $6+, CIEN at $6+, JNPR at $8+, JDSU at $3+, GLW at $6+......the list goes on and on. These were all at or near hundred dollar stocks at one time. It really is unbelievable......what a bubble there was at one time.

And I believe that just as the bubble was overdone so is this bottom.
