I agree with Kevin on this point, he did say IT IS going to happen. And I also feel that for a person of his stature it was inappropriate.

What was appropriate was to talk about the risk exposure "SHOULD" an attack happen.

The White is NOT stating a nuclear attach "IS" going to occur

The White House is saying we have to send troops all over the globe in an attempt to prevent it from happening. If the White House is taking the correct course of action, then Buffet is absolutely right in saying what he said because there is no foolproof way to keep this from happening.

It's that simple.
