Is ge a dot com? What about mrk or verizon? The value of any stock at a moment in time or for that matter any basket of stocks is nothing more than a reflection of confidence in those companies future prospects. Why don't people have confidence in the future? Clinton is gone so he can't be responsible. Maybe it is our fearless leader king george. BTW any right wingers out there think mining companies should restore mountain tops when they are done instead of filling in waterways?
