Do you seriously mean that ? Have you checked intels stock performance compared with Nasdaq (or AMD or CSCO, IBM, MSFT) since he took over as CEO in March 1998 (Intel was at $19 when he took over as CEO). Maybe you got spoiled with Intels stock performance during Andy Grove's era.
