I think it was money managers in a panic blowing chunks of csco out around 3:30. Buyers or lack there of had nothing to do with it. I always say, nobody panics like a fund manager sitting on a million shares of something that wants to be cheaper.

all of this selling since January was done on a buyer's strike. Now that we are in the mean season, it will be interesting what real selling looks like.
