Bocor - Could very well be, although I'm no expert on short term H&S formations - I much prefer the long term variety, more reliable IMO. A caveat FWIW - Be careful that RUT isn't simply going back to trend line (1 year chart). Given that the overall market is still not scared, small caps could yet see another blast from the cash rotating out of large cap tech (however silly that may sound). I'd like to see at least RUT 498 taken out decisively before declaring it wounded. JMHO, not a recommendation to buy or sell or do anything.
