terry,
RE: Surprised also by silver stocks today

Silvers are a bit fickle at times, a mercurial bunch, quicksilver if you will, ggg.
Today they felt a bit bashful, remembering that since their product is used quite a bit in industry, they should perhaps be a little humble on a hard down market day. Tomorrow if gold heads up, they are just as likely to shed that industrial aura and take on a monetary one.

Besides, some of the silvers had very nice candles the day before (including PAAS and another fave of mine SSRI) and deserved a rest after such a run. HL, OTOH, having rested the day before, made up some ground today. To be fair though, HL has a bigger gold component than it did in the past.

For some reason, probably Soros involvement and the fact it appears to me that they don't really do anything, I've never liked SIL. BWDIK?

Best Regards,

Roebear
