Jerry, Just got an e-mail from INAP pointing to a PDF file on their website (Q1 2002 In Review). Here's the customer counts by quarter for the last year. As you can see, the number of customers added in the last four quarters is 603, but the total number of customers has only increased by 287. That's a loss rate of >50%, and even with dot-com blow-ups, etc. it seems like a fairly high loss rate.
