I just made some fairly large-step treasury operation moves for business and personal a/c, generally out of USD and CHF, and into AUD.

Checked on preparedness of JYen line of credit, and system is A-OK, ready to be drawn down at 120 Yen:USD.

HK banks now offering 140% of value mortgage refinancing at 1.75% below prime. Prime here is the same as US. At 100% of value, refi can be had at 2.5% below prime.

You are right ... stagflation city is where we are headed, new cars on blocks, gas lines, etc.
