This entire question (corporate welfare) is caused by the fact that we allow our Congress to perpetrate the fraud of hidden taxes by taxing corporate earnings. Get rid of that obscene tax and corporate welfare becomes impossible. That is why John McCain is a pure coward. He knows that, and won't propose it...
