That is an insult to Jeff. Makes me wonder whether you reported it yourself in order to raise this controversy so you could false accuse me.

Jeff's confirmation wouldn't mean much, seeing as how he's operating under a threat of lawsuit... CH, or someone else, may be able to prevent Jeff from doing something (like forcing a to or about) by use of such threats but I doubt Jeff dances to CH's or anyone else's tune because of such threats. Jeff or his bosses, if they where facing such a lawsuit I don't think it would cause Jeff to lie. It might keep him from responding to such questions but I have no reason to suspect that he would post a lie based on some threat. Tim
