CH is a lawyer.

As you know very well.

He would hardly do it under his own name, if he did it, instead of one of the few others who knew, people who are Poet's good friends, and who are the only other ones who know about apply_liberally (twee's initial name.)

He has made very clear he will make Poet's life uncomfortable until he gets what he wants.

What do you think of this post? Is it scary? Menacing? Stalking? Or just a pleasant note from one friend to another?

a TOU violation is a violation, whether it was intended as a prank or for serious spamming

and I do think TOU should be enforced, more than it is and in all areas here

but given the circumstances [the account was not used for spam or used recently] isn't 15 days a rather long suspension?

I think a minor slap on the hand would have served just as well, imo

Has SI's policy changed regarding the enforcement of the following TOU violation? I'm seeing a lot of press releases being copied and pasted lately.

[Your account may be terminated if you] Use Silicon Investor in any way that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property rights, copyrights or other rights of another. For example, you may not copy and paste a press release into a post on Silicon Investor.
