HELLO 9/11 happened under georgies watch. He had a year to organize our defense against such things. He has at least as much responsibility as mr bill or anyone else. btw if nukes are so safe how come there are statutory limits on their liabilities? I mean if they are perfectly safe as you claim and simpler to manage than a railroad they shouldn't need such special treatment.
