They are a gamble, but potentially an enormously profitable one. That they are trading at less than book value helps <g>.
As for short term movements, your guess is likely to be better than mine.

Call me crazy, but I took a fling bought some at .55 today. I will either lose it all or get lucky and make a bunch. Time and this depressing market will tell.
