You're correct. Another thought tho. Perhaps the time has come for a bit of rotation from small cap to large cap. I've noticed that large caps have been holding their own vs. small caps the last few days.

This type of rotation would indeed flatten out the A/D line. The U/D volume should improve however, or I'm wrong about a rotation starting.

FWIW. My plan for the retirement account for the next few months is as follows:

Raise Large Cap allocation from 35% to 50%
Lower Small Cap alloc. from 35% to 25%.
Lower treasury alloc. from 30% to 25%.

Plus, I'll probably be buying techs on the side when I see the negative momentum begin to reverse there. Also may re-enter some energy stocks- as oil looks to still be on the cyclical upswing to me..

But that's just me, most of the rest of the world is preaching caution and gloom- so you better listen to them. <g>
