The Democrats fabricated at least a million votes for Al Gore in 2000. In addition there were several million votes for him by people who would be strained to tell you who he is. We require literacy and a practical demonstration of skill in order to issue a driver's license. But to confer power to an office where the occupant can seize private property on a grand scale or destroy half the globe, one barely has to be breathing-and even that can be waived.
