I can see both sides of the corp. tax income argument. personally I favor eliminating it. However to argue that tax legal avoidance is "unethical" or "unpatriotic" in light of the screwed up system is just plain silly..... and just about what I expected from a unon puke who has probably been on the union dole all his life...
