You understand, of course, that the entire Congress of the United States accounts for social security obligations

EXACTLY THE SAME WAY ENRON ACCOUNTED FOR ITS PARTNERSHIPS, don't you???

in order to "balance the budget" and it was this same Congress that passed the paidfor laws that made the accounting for Enron, legal.
