I am listening to their CC......its not the usual Chambers optimism. It sounds like they are seeing the beginning of the telecom recovery with land still 500 miles off in the distance. However, it makes sense that CSCO would see the upturn first. After hours is going nuts........I already bought some of the CSCO's chip providers. ted
