I'm sure improvements could be made to the system, but I don't believe all out legalization is the answer. At the same time, I certainly don't believe in turning murderers loose to make room for drug offenders. Did Alaska change their marijuana laws some years back, it seems like I remember something? * * *

I believe, we should educate people on the proper use of intoxicants rather than throw them in jail. Educate them on the "proper use" ?? give us more detail on what you think that would look like.
