Here's something I would like to think about. They turned inventory 7.5 times as per the press release. Combine that with a lean workforce. No wonder the productivity number was up at 8%.

Anyway. What happens when a bit of demand returns? How many more times can inventory be turned over 7X? Are the Telco's backing themselves into a bad corner? IF they find they need to spend and spend quickly how much is it going to cost them now that they have starved off the suppliers. Shouldn't that help Gross Margin and Pricing as we move into a increased demand cycle?
