Clinton should have been prevented from making ANY judicial nominations, due to his history as a rapist, pervert, perjurer, and obstructor of justice. His continuous lying should have been weighed in, too.

The Senate is given the power to reject judges when the president is unfit for public office. Today we have a president who is fit for office, and a Senate that is not. Bush will have to find a way, and the delay in a few thousand liability lawsuits isn't going to hurt America at all...
