Well they didn't cover THAT much and are still near record short. Last report they covered about 7K of the big SPX contract but shorted 19K of SPX mini. Which means they covered all of 3K big contract equivalents.

HOWEVER,

they covered 700 NDX contracts but they shorted a whopping 27K of the NDX mini. That means they INCREASED their shorts by 5K big contract equivalents.
