"Get off the "Is it legal?" schtick and start asking yourself an even more important question: "Is it right?""

I'm not enough of a tax expert to know the answer to the "is it right?" question. I have a corporation and it pays taxes, and I pay personal taxes. I pay myself as much as I can so I don't pay taxes twice, although I would like to leave more cash in the company. Would you do that? Is that unpatriotic? Seems that if a corporation is in place to make money and grow, then the tax money will show up in salaries of the employees. When you provide a dis-incentive to a person or to a corporation they will do what they can to eliminate it. Not sure your model of taxing corporations is a good one. Have a feeling it is not.

Let's tax all people equitably with the lowest tax rate possible so everyone pays their fair share. That seems like the fair thing to do. To many people (you included) that know just where to go to get this money in the "fairest" way, as long as its not from them.
