The obvious response to this tick of yours is, none of this is any of your business.

A company, however, that moves its HQ from Dover, Delaware, to Bermuda no longer is "American."

So what? Move on to a subject that you have some right to an opinion on.

But it's still getting it's fire, police protection from Cleveland and not paying taxes in Delaware.
